AUTO GLASS & WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT
Windshields are made of 2 pieces of glass with a heavy plastic laminate. Should you get a crack, do not worry, the windshield is designed not to fall in and will stay intact until replaced.
We can replace windshields either at your location or in our shop while you wait in our comfortable customer lounge. When replacing windshields during extreme weather, it is best to have your replacement done in our temperature-controlled shop where our glass installers can complete the task in under 2 hours, giving the adhesive the time it needs to dry so you can drive away safely. If you are going through insurance, have your insurance card handy when you call, and we'll take care of the rest. If you choose to call in the claim, just request Jack's Glass.
Some of today's windshields have complicated technology built-in like forward collision alert, lane changing cameras, condensation & rain sensors. If they require original equipment (OE) glass, we will go the extra mile to work with your insurance company to get authorization for the proper part.
CHIP REPAIR
Repairing a stone chipped windshield takes only about 30 minutes and can be done while you wait. Most insurance companies will waive the deductible, making it FREE!
For best results, promptly call our glass technicians before dirt gets in the windshield cracks or cold weather causes further windshield damage.
WINDOWS & MIRRORS
Your door, side, and back glasses are made of strong tempered safety glass, which is designed to break into very small pieces. It usually makes quite a mess when it breaks!
As part of our replacement services, not only do we take care of the clean up, but we'll also take care of any insurance claim. These breaks are given priority & if needed, we can garage your car if the glass takes a day to come in.

Some vehicles have several different windshields for the same model based on attributes like lane departure warning, rain sensors (learn how to see if you have one here), heated wipers, heads up displays, and third visor frit (the black dots behind your mirror). The inclusion or exclusion of any of these features in your vehicle changes the make of your windshield. Having your VIN number handy helps us determine what special features your windshield may have. This 17 digit code can be found on your registration or insurance cards, or in the lower left-hand corner of your windshield.
